Hello, I’m Joshua!

I’m a full-time woodworker focused on furniture making and design.

Prior to establishing this business I worked 10 great years in the film industry, mostly within Art Department practicing set design & construction. Our construction department included framing, welding, painting, and “the millshop”. Millshop work included specialized & detailed builds: specific furniture for stunts, faux drone rockets, custom doors & windows with breakaway glass for shootout scenes, French Quarter recreations for our duplicate sound stage sets, etc. On select buildouts my foreman, Pauly, would start the day with “Josh, today you’re ‘in the millshop.’” That always stuck with me and the dream quickly evolved into designing and building furniture in a shop of my own.

I’m fired up to take this step and look forward to building your furniture that integrates into your lifestyle.
